- Summary
- Weekly workshop participants discuss issues and concerns at the beginning of session; this session deals with the theme of trees; participants talk about their associations with trees including childhood memories and symbols of freedom and power; Anna Halprin leads participants through exercises relating to the trunk of the body, moving arms out from trunk, and feeling how your legs connect to your trunk; blindfolds are used to heighten senses while finding their trees; session ends with drawing the trees, and writing about the feelings that surfaced during this exercise.
