• "The text was hand written by the artist and printed from twenty-one polymer relief plates on Zerkall Book by Amy Newell. The images are from two photogravure plates made and printed by Joe Freye. The bound image was printed on Zerkall Book and hand colored by the artist. The loose image was printed on Hahnemühle, wrapped in a Zerkall Book envelope and rests in the back of the drop spine box. This sewn French fold book in a hollow-spine case binding was bound by Priscilla Spitler at Hands On Bookbinding, Smithville, Texas using hand printed end sheet paper and Italian Cialux book cloth"--Colophon.
• Printed on double leaves. Blank double leaf, not counted in collation, precedes colophon leaf.
• The ill. are reproduced from a photo. by Dine of a construction with two sculpted Pinocchio figures.
