• Illustrated title page in the style of 1950s film noir advertisements, printed in black, blue and white on brick red and pink.
• Printed in red (French text) and blue (English text) on white Fabriano satin paper.
• Illustrations: 7 mounted photographic prints : gelatin silver, hand col. (1), cibachrome, col. (6) ; 20 x 25 cm. (1) and 30 x 27 cm. (6). Cibachrome prints mounted with clear photo corners and matted; mats are formed from the 3rd leaf of a trifolded sheet (not counted in paging). Each print is signed in the lower margin by Levinthal and dated 1998. Gelatin silver print forms the cover image; it is mounted with clear photo corners on an extension of the front board, which forms the mat. Extension is secured on inner margin with cloth loops and a wooden skewer. This print is signed and dated on verso; each copy contains a different print, individually hand-colored by Levinthal.
