- Summary
- Papers consist primarily of notes, correspondence, charts, clippings, and miscellaneous printed material, ca. 1940s-1970s, produced by J. Crawford Hartman's genealogical research on the Blanchard family. The Barker, Countiss, Dyckman, Green, Hall, Robbins, Seitzinger, Shurburne, and Vermilye families are treated to a lesser extent. Some notes are the work of Helen Blanchard Hartman. Also, correspondence of Rev. E.B. Blanchard, Rev. Silas M. Blanchard, and other members of the Blanchard family concerning the family's genealogy, portrait photographs, and legal documents, all dating from the late 19th century.
