- Artist's book, in which each page features 3 stenciled forms of a letter of the alphabet, surrounded by the names of foods starting with that letter, either rubber-stamped (stamps from Cohen's collection of early 20th-century rubber stamps used in restaurants to create the daily menu) or handwritten in Cohen's calligraphy.
- Printed on French-folded double leaves of vintage laid paper.
