Summary

Tribute to Peter Gennaro, 1919-2000, a dancer and choreographer active in musical theatre, television, and movies. The program includes three panel discussions, video and film clips, and live dance performances. In the panels, dancers who formerly worked with Gennaro share reminiscences and anecdotes. The final panel focuses on Gennaro's contributions to the musical West side story, in which he assisted director-choreographer Jerome Robbins as co-choreographer.
