Summary

• Consists of 16 full-page digital prints in groups of four, each group containing visual variations on the name of an artist (Braque, Rodin, Mondrian, Picasso). Each print signed in pencil on verso. Letterpress epigraph (quotation from Delacroix) and colophon, printed in reddish brown, on sheets at beginning and end.
• The Graphicstudio sequential number 1296 and the copyright date 2001 are inscribed in pencil above and below Graphicstudio chop mark on verso of colophon sheet.
• "A book by Waltércio Caldas, produced at Graphicstudio, the University of South Florida in Tampa, 1997-2000. It is printed on Arches 640 gram coldpress watercolor paper by Iris inkjet printing at Thunderbird Editions and bound by Peggy Gotthold ... Designed by the artist, Jill Lerner and Hank Hine"--Colophon.
