Consists of 3 gatherings of 24 p. each; each comprises an outer bifolium of lightweight cardboard enclosing 5 bifolia of translucent paper, on which images are visible on both sides of leaves.
The images are linocuts and cardboard cuts, some incorporating text fragments.
Letterpress printed in red and black on outside pages of the cardboard bifolia; comprises t.p., "Sehanleitung," "Denkanleitung" and colophon.

Binding (note)

Binding: Black speckled cardboard front and back boards with white paper spine, sewn Coptic style with exposed stitching on spine. Stamped in blind on p. [1] of front cover: Denkanleitung; on p. [2] of front cover: Sehanleitung. In slipcase of black speckled cardboard.
