  • Consists of 180 duplicate leaves printed on recto only and torn vertically, the stubs gradually increasing in width from the upper to the lower pages so as to form, when the covers are closed, a prism-shaped text block when viewed from top or bottom. Except for the narrowest leaves at beginning, each leaf bears the number "181." Colophon leaf at end, not numbered or torn.
