- The two discs consists of three recordings made on separate occasions.
- Disc 1: From ca. 2:20 min. of track 1 of disc 1 to track 4 of disc 2, Yeichi Nimura, Lisan Kay, Norizane Ikeda, Kay Yuki (?), and Michika (?) engage in an informal conversation about music, dancers, ballet, and Japan.
- Disc 2, in English: From ca. 4:30 min. of track 4 to track 7, Romola Nijinsky, her friend (name unidentified), and Nimura engage in a conversation about Nijinsky's daughter, Kyra, ballet dancers/choreographers such as Mia Slavenska and Leonide Massine, and the films to be produced by Romola Nijinsky. Nimura states in the recording that the recording was made during Nijinsky's visit on January 22, 1953, and that she visited Nimura to ask him for help in bringing her daughter, Kyra, to the U.S.
- Disc 2, in Japanese: From track 8, Yeichi Nimura and a male visitor (Kiyoshi Nasu? or Yuji Ito?) engage in an informal conversation about kabuki and Japan. The handwritten notes on the original box read "Mr. Nasu and Nimura," while Nimura states in the beginning of the recording that the recording is a conversation between Nimura and Yuji Ito. However, this statement may refer to another recording.
