  • Disc 1 (track 1, ca. 0:35 min. to track 2, ca. 2:10 min.), in English and Japanese: A recording of a radio broadcast about haiku.
  • Disc 1 (track 2, ca. 2:30 min. to track 4, ca. 1:00 min.), in English: A recording of a radio broadcast. An unidentified male talks about dance and makes remarks about Gemze de Lappe. The handwritten notes in the original container indicate that the recording was made in September, 1964.
  • Disc 1 (track 4, ca. 2:45 min. to track 6, ca. 3:30 min.), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura and Kiyoshi Nasu engage in general conversation. The handwritten notes in the original container read "Mr. Kiyoshi Nasu, Mainichi Shinbun representative, meeting after 13 years. October." The year of recording is not identified, but the recording was probably made in 1964.
  • Disc 1 (track 6, ca. 4:00 min. to track 9), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura briefly speaks with Kimika Narai. The handwritten notes in the original container read "October. Miss Kimika Narai, dancer." The year of recording is not identified, but the recording was probably made in 1964.
  • Disc 1 (track 10, ca. 2:40 min. to track 12), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura briefly speaks with Aiko Tategami and her father. The handwritten notes in the original container read "Oct. 1964. Ms. Aiko Tategami (student of Aiko Ohtaki, reference from Aiko Ohtaki) & Ms. Tategami's father."
  • Disc 2 (track 1, ca. 1:10 min. to track 7), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura engages in a general conversation with Reiko Yukawa, a Japanese television commentator and music critic. Nimura talks about the reason why he came to the U.S, and his career as dancer. The handwritten notes in the original container indicate that the recording was made in November, 1964.
  • Disc 2 (track 8 to track 13), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura and dance critic, Nario Goda, extensively discuss dance. Nimura makes remarks about Martha Graham. The handwritten notes in the original container read "Feb. 2, 1965. Reference from Akiko Tachibana & Tatsuo Nagata."
  • Disc 3 (track 1 to track 7), in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura engages in general conversation with an unidentified Japanese male (from Suwa?). The recording date is unknown.
  • Disc 3 (track 7, ca. 3:00 min. to track 12), in Japanese and English: A recording of an informal, general conversation among Yeichi Nimura, Lisan Kay, Mr. Kita (first name unidentified), Tomoeda (first name unidentified), and Nobuko Uenishi. It appears that they were waiting for Aida Alvarez. At times two conversations can be heard, and the voices are not always intelligible. Nimura mentions in the recording that his ghost writer, Takeo Nagata is writing Nimura's autobiography. The handwritten notes in the original container read "Nov. 8, 1964. ---(?) Kita; Tomoeda, No (Noh) actor; Nobuko Uenishi, translator; Aida Alvarez; Kay."
  • The sound quality is fair to good in discs 1, 2, and 3. In disc 2, there are loud noises throughout the recording, and the voices are not always intelligible.
