Clippings about the Flea Theater in lower Manhattan at 41 White Street, founded in 1996 by Jim Simpson, Kyle Chepulis, and Mac Wellman. There are actually two theaters in the building that was once a factory: the main theater at street level with 74 seats, and a 40-seat theater one flight down.
