- Tracks 1 to 7: Yeichi Nimura talks briefly about his early dance training with Katherine Edson and at the Denishawn School of Dance. He reflects on his professional relationship with Virginia Lee and the problems that have developed at Ballet Arts since the arrival of Dean Crane. The recording was made on February 2, 1978.
- Tracks 8 to 13: Yeichi Nimura talks about his family and his childhood in Japan, and his early career as a dancer in the U.S. The recording was made in 1978.
