- Letter written in the form of four separate entries, the first dated Nov. 17 and the other three dated Nov. 20, at noon, 1 pm, and 2 pm, respectively. The first entry describes his reading Holmes's novel "Go!" for an hour; the third entry is written as by Cassady and Jack Kerouac; the final entry announces Cassady and Kerouac's intention to go to Mexico City on December 10.
