- "The edition is limited to twenty six signed and numbered copies. Franklin Feldman executed the etchings on copper and composed the text. Printing of the etchings was by Kathy Caraccio... She also colored the etchings by pochoir ... The type, in fonts of Granjon and Goudy Bold Italic, was set in Linotype by Kent LeFebvre of Signs Plus, and printed by Darrel Hyder at Sun Hill Press. The paper is Rives Heavyweight Buff. Binding and slipcase were constructed by James DiMarcantonio at Hope Bindery and Box Co. Published by Indian Mountain Press"--Colophon.
