The gravure plates have been prepared at Universal Limited Art Editions. These plates were printed chine collé onto Gasenchi Echizen at Chestnut Street Press. This work has been hand-bound at Garthegaat Bindery. The design is by Benjamin Shiff"--Colophon.

The type was printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress. The text paper was hand made by Paul Wong and Sharon Durr at Dieu Donné from abaca and cotton rag with dispersed pigment, and was dried on metal plates. The covers were made from cotton rag with dispersed pigment at Dieu Donné.
