- Rosemarie Tichler talks about her career and experience working with Joseph Papp and other producers as a casting director during the New York Shakespeare Festival since 1974. She also shares her memories about giving a professional start many unknown actors and actresses of that time (such as Meryl Streep and Kelly McGillis) by offering various roles in Shakespeare plays in the Festival that led to their further successful careers on Broadway and Hollywood.
