- With laid-in pamphlet comprising introductory statement by Emile de Antonio ("How It Began"), dated August 26, 1975, and lengthy article on the Weather Underground by Peter Biskind and Marc N. Weiss, reprinted from Rolling Stone (Sept. 25, 1975).
- Issued in half-black-cloth-covered, clam-shell, cardboard box, with titles and depiction of lightning bolt piercing a rainbow printed in red, reverse white, and black on turquoise paper.
- Directed and produced by Emile de Antonio, cinematography by Haskell Wexler, and editing by De Antonio and Mary Lampson.
