- American contemporary composer, musician, and author Nancy Ford discusses her career in musical theater, with emphasis on her working relationship with lyricist Gretchen Cryer. She also talks about her experience working with Joseph Papp on the musical that she wrote together with Cryer, I'm getting my act together and taking it on the road (book and lyrics by Gretchen Cryer ; music by Nancy Ford) which opened at the Public Theater during the New York Shakespeare Festival in 1978. She speaks about her relationship with Papp and about his personality.
