- Summary
- Sedaka talks about his early success in composing and performing, then a period of decline and a revival of popularity. He recalls the two and a half years spent in London and touring professionally in foreign countries. Sedaka and Mewborn discuss how difficult it is for composers to create new works without repeating themselves, about productive collaborations, the importance of promotion, publishing rights and the recording business. Sedaka mentions his other business ventures before his 16 year old daughter Dara, with whom he performed on a few occasions, picks up the conversation and talks about her plans for the future.
