- Recording date was determined by audio. Schub talked about the piano concerto dedicated to him [Piano concerto (1994) / Daniel Asia; premiered in Grand Rapids, Mich., 2/10/95] and he received the score in late October, one month before. Lin also mentioned about his upcoming recording of Tan Dun's music in Helsinki, Finland [Out of Peking opera (for solo violin and orchestra) / T. Dun; recorded 4/95], that was eventually issued on the Ondine label in 1998--CMR.
