- Summary
- In the first half of the program (2:00-3:00 P. M.), host Steve Sullivan talks to the members of the newly-formed Wolff-Bachmann-Fridman Trio (pianist Elizabeth Wolff, violinist Maria Bachmann and cellist Semyon Fridman) as they make their performance debut live in the WNYC performance studio. In the second half of the program (3:00-4:00 P. M.), host Steve Sullivan talks to cellist Thomas Rutishauser and composer/pianist John McDonald about their teaching careers at Tufts University's Dept. of Music, and the music works they had debuted at the school several days prior, playing them live in the WNYC performance studio.
