Summary
Kahn and Mewborn touch upon many topics such as comedy and comedians, the distortion of real life people by journalists, changes in public taste, impact from each role on actors and their identification with the character they play, and more. Kahn tells Mewborn about the years she studied drama and music, the parts she performed at the beginning of her career, actors and directors she admires or dislikes (Peter Bogdanovich, Mel Brooks etc.), what she likes to do for entertainment and the type of books she likes to read. She also speaks about her private life and thoughts on marriage commitment. They analyze in detail the upcoming release of the movie "Happy birthday, Gemini" and her role as Bunny Weinberger, and compare the film to the Broadway production of Gemini as well as Kahn's interpretation of her character to the one on stage performed by Jessica James.
