Summary
Panel discussion on the career of playwright, actor, director, and producer Charles Ludlam (1943-1987), founder of the Ridiculous Theatrical Company. The panel includes persons who knew and worked with Ludlam, and his biographer, David Kaufman. Discussion ranges from Ludlam's personalty traits and attitudes, to his opinions on theater and his approach to his work. Black-Eyed Susan, who acted in some of Ludlam's plays, performs a monolog he wrote.
