- Title and name of artist from 2nd-3rd sheet. Date supplied from information in Spencer Coll. files.
- Consists of 120 sheets of ruled paper, each 21 x 15 cm., on which the artist has transcribed R.L. Stevenson's Treasure island, in abridged Italian translation, in blue ink, substituting "Salvo" for each occurrence of the name of the protagonist, Jim Hawkins. The resulting work has the form of a ms. containing 235 unnumbered pages, with blank sheets at beginning and end. Each sheet enclosed in a plastic sheet protector; sheet protectors are secured in a post binding with 2 pairs of brass screws and posts.
