  • Consists of 2 cover leaves, 53 numbered text leaves, and a final index leaf. They are clamped together at the left margin between a wooden and a metal slat. Rectos of text leaves depict arrays of photocopied texts of the 20th-century European avant-garde, both literary and artistic, both printed and manuscript. Versos of text leaves have avant-gardesque texts largely in French. Texts leaves are numbered on recto and verso, the number on the recto being preceded by "LYRE", and that on the verso by "L AME". Printed offset.
  • From an ed. of 400, with an additional 11 "hors commerce & palym[ps]este calligraphique"--Colophon.
