She describes her childhood years singing with her family, and some of her early Broadway experiences, including the 1980 revival of Camelot opposite Richard Burton, and the short-lived musical Harrigan 'n' Hart. She also discusses her television work in California, and subsequent return to Broadway in such productions as Grey Gardens.
