• "Author: C.K. Wilde. Edition: Single object. Year: 1998. This is a companion to the books in the 4 U series, and the book 23. These books explore the utility of packaging after dispersal of contents. The binders cloth hinged laminate pages hold transparently the worn pieces of ephemera, juxtaposing back to front to back. The chance relationships in finding these printed objects are referenced within the formal structure; through visual punning, overlay, and interpolation ... The paper wrappers are from Asia, Europe, Russia, Latin America, and the United States. The packaging is from fireworks, soap, cigarettes, candy, matches, spark plugs, coffee, herbs, beer labels, ticket stubs, stamps, jam labels and light bulb boxes"--Artichoke Yink Press Web site.
• Consists of 60 leaves of clear plastic, within which a collection of paper ephemera and ephemera fragments has been collaged. Leaves are stitched at back edge with red thread to folded strips of black binder's cloth, forming 30 2-leaf gatherings.
