- Disc 1 (approximately 48 minutes). Loretta Abbott speaks with Jill Williams about her early dance experiences, performances, and training, including with Paul Sanasardo, Marvin Gordon and Alvin Ailey; Dynamic Duo, her duet ensemble with Al Perryman; (briefly) some of her Broadway and Off-Broadway performances; her intentions as a performer; other work, including for television; working with various artists, including Anna Sokolow, Bob Fosse, and Liza Minnelli.
- Disc 2 (approximately 45 minutes). Loretta Abbott continues to speak with Jill Williams about her career including various brief reminiscences; names her teachers, noting in particular Paul Sanasardo; the influence of various vocal groups she has worked with; lists her teaching experiences and other people she has danced with; race-related experiences in her career; the lack of musicality in contemporary Swing dance; the satisfaction she finds in the connection between performer and audience.
