• Printed on one side of a strip formed from 3 joined sheets of Arches cover stock paper, folded accordion-style. Last leaf is mounted as pastedown on back board.
• "This book was made using a combination of computer, copier and hand-drawn imagery"--Colophon. Contains 12 full-page illustrations and small image on title page, with letterpress title page, colophon and two pages of texts concerning the heart (definitions and figures of speech).
