- Summary
- Veteran stage director Harold Prince discusses his career, and the current state of musical theater on Broadway, with interviewer Foster Hirsch. Prince talks about several of his collaborators, including Stephen Sondheim and Andrew Lloyd Webber, examines several of the shows with which he has been associated, including Cabaret, On the Twentieth Century, Whistle down the wind, and Bounce. He also discusses the escalating costs of producing shows, and consequent high ticket prices.
