The songs used in this [new] musical are from the catalog of composer Fred Fisher (b. 1875; d. 1942). Using the lyrics of Alfred Bryan, Grant Clarke, Joe Goodwin, Howard Johnson, Joe [Joseph] McCarthy, Billy Rose and George Whiting. Additional lyrics by Greg Kayne. Fisher wrote a popular song Peg O' My Heart as a tribute to the original play and its star Laurette Taylor.
