- Monologo is a ten-minute film which explains the Marshall Plan to the Italian people. Presented in the form of an imaginary dialogue delivered by Eduardo De Filippo, the film was produced in 1950-1951 and probably never shown. Presumed to be lost, negatives of the film were discovered in an archive in 2012 and recently restored. Book includes (pages 107-115) a transcription of the monologue; the accompanying DVD includes the film.
