  • Issued on three grades of paper: on small, ordinary paper, watermarked with a Fleur-de-lis/IV (or uncountermarked); on small, fine paper, watermarked with a Strasburg Lily/JW; and on large paper. In small paper copies, the double inner margin measures 58 mm.
  • Also issued with errata slip, which is found in three settings: the comma following 'page 72' is (1) under the m of 'melancholy'; (2) the i of 'While'; or (3) the e of 'While'.
  • Advertised in the Boston Gazette, August 30, 1762, as "this day published."
