Summary

Unique artist's book; one of a series of "burn books" consisting of a varying number leaves of colored paper into which the artist has burned cut-out designs by means of several techniques, including the use of magnifying glasses under sunlight, incense sticks and a soldering iron. As the leaves are turned, the shifting configurations of shapes, textures, and colors create what the artist has described as "multi-layered aerial views which suggest maps, roads, veins and arteries, and the inner complexity of the brain and mind."
