Summary

Consists of 8 bifolia in 2-leaf gatherings. Title page on facing pages 2-3. First bifolium has title and publisher's device on recto and verso, respectively, of first leaf; second leaf is blank, not counted in collation. Blank leaf, counted in paging as pages 7-8, precedes page 9.
Illustrations: 4 prints : etchings ; full-page to double-page. Printed on inner pages of third to sixth bifolia (pages 10-11, 14-15, 18-19, 22-23), integrated with portions of the letterpress.
