- In two volumes with continuous register and pagination except for t.p. of v. 2, which has a separate title page, not part of signature statement or pagination, printed on quarto sheet.
- On the t.p. of v. 1., Vultejus's name is given in all uppercase letters as "VULTEJI," and Perizonius's name as "PERIZONII." The pattern of usage for lowecase letters throughout the text is "ii" at the end of a word. The t.p. of v. 1 is printed in red and black.
- Vol. 1 has added, engraved t.p. featuring a central image with Minerva, Death and the female personification of History writing a book and surrounded by fourteen small roundels showing historical scenes.
- Errata on p. [1245]-[1246].
