Lord Gardenston reporter In the action of Reduction, Improbation, Declarator, &c. at the instance of Alexander Irvine of Drum, and his Tutors, contra George Earl of Aberdeen, &c. the Lord Ordinary pronounced the following Interlocutor: 6th August 1768. "the Lord Ordinary makes [avisandum] to the whole Lords with the Informations formerly given in for the parties, and with the Condescendence given in for the pursuer, Answers thereto for the defenders, Replies, and Duplies; Ordains the parties to print the Condescendence, Answers, Replies, and Duplies, and to lodge printed copies thereof, and of the Informations, in the Lords boxes, upon the twenty-fourth day of September next." In obedience to which Interlocutor, the following Papers are given in.
