A valuable estate beautifully situated within one mile of Northallerton, [electronic resource] : an excellent Market Town. To be Sold, By Virtue of an Act of Parliament, in the Month of July 1797, if not previously disposed of by private Contract; in one or more Lots; at the Golden Lion in Northallerton; agreeable to Conditions of Sale. A Most desirable Freehold and Tythe Free Estate, situated at Yafforth, adjoining the road from Northallerton to Richmond, comprising Yafforth Hall and about 550 Acres of rich Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land, with convenient and suitable Buildings thereon, in good repair, and now let to Mr. Robert Weatherill and Mr. Thomas Wilson, two very respectable Tenants, from Year to Year, who will shew the Premises. There is very fine Clay on this Estate, for the making of Bricks. Also at the same time, in Lots. The great and small Tythes, arising from several very rich Tillage Farms, belonging to Thomas Frankland Esq; and others, situated in the Township of Yafforth aforesaid. Also at the same time, in one or more Lots. A desirable Freehold Estate, situated at Exelby, in the occupation of John Bell. Also at Ripon in Lots. Sundry Rich Meadow and Pasture Fields, situated contiguous to the Town, and let to respectable Tenants. For Particulars apply to W.
