• Engraved "Pax" device (EDIT 16 V332) on recto of unnumbered leaf at end of Libro primo, with imprint: Venetia : Appresso Girolamo de Franceschi senese, MDXCVI. The device is associated with the Venetian printer Francesco de' Franceschi.
• Signatures: A⁴, [unsigned, 1-16⁴ 17²].
• Illustrations: title page and 65 full-page engravings on 65 leaves, numbered 1-65 in the plate, including section title page to Libro secondo (no. 44). In Libro primo (no. 1-43), plates chiefly have descriptive letterpress on facing page (that is, on verso of preceding plate); plates with blank versos: 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 34, 43. In Libro secondo (no. 45-65), all plates have blank versos; lettered A-Y at the foot as well as numbered. Plate marks: 29 x 21 cm-31 x 22 cm.
• Libro primo contains diagrams; libro secondo contains perspective renderings of architectural and geometrical subjects.
• Illustrated engraved title page: title and imprint within architectural border with Medici and Sirigatti coats of arms and allegorical figures. Engraved section title page to Libro secondo has reduced version of the same border. Two woodcut ornaments; type flower headpiece; historiated and floriated initials.
