- Samuel LeFrak (1918-2003) was an American real estate developer who was a member of the Lotos Club and the Friars Club. The Samuel LeFrak collection of publications contains the Lotos Club newsletter, Lotos Leaf; Lotos Club membership rosters from 1963 to 1971; Friars Club membership rosters from 1970 and 1971; a 1967 flier for a Friars stag celebrity luncheon; and programs and a seating list from the 1977 world premiere of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, which was held as a benefit for cancer research. Issues of Lotos Leaf date from 1964 to 1971 and 1981 to 1987; some issues are missing from these years. References to LeFrak in Lotos Leaf are underlined.
