- Probable publication information deduced from inclusion in a contemporary volume containing ten typographically similar pamphlets relating to the battle of Fontenoy and/or Voltaire's Poème de Fontenoy, of which the first two have imprint: A Lyon : De l'imprimerie d'Aymé Delaroche ...
