  • Isidore ​ Isou’s first book, which ​Gallimard at first rejected, immediately after Isou’s arrival in Paris, but which the ​ firm ​soon thereafter ​ accepted ​, as​ he ​became notorious for disrupting and denouncing events that honored other writers and artists.
  • Contains Isou’s manifesto of Lettrist poetry; the latter portion is printed on coated paper and prints a number of visual and sound poems, including the text of “Cris p​our 5,000,000 de Juifs Egorges,” his renowned poem about the Holocaust.
