It was designed and produced under the direction of Andrew Hoyem with the assistance of Blake Riley, Brian Ferrett, Christopher Godek, Leif Erlandsson, Sarah Songer, Rochelle Youk, Emma Burghardt, Diana Ketcham, Thomas Gladysz, and Janet Tang ... The types are Neo Didot for the text in Monotype composition and Narciss for display in hand composition. The type was printed by letterpress on Mohawk Superfine. The photographs were printed by offset lithography, brokered by Susan Schaefer"--Colophon.
