Summary
Analytical texts of more than six hundred works -photographs, videos and sound recordings to graphic and documentary material, as well as installations and drawings-, that express the tensions (between terror and festive celebrations) in art, politics and activism that took place during the 1980's in several Latin American countries. The assembled materials were not only the appalling aftermath of the mass disappearance and the massacre under dictatorial regimes, States of site and internal wars, but also the impulses of the collective by devising ways of living in continuous revolution.
