Summary
This video contains both the 1989 short film "High water" (0:00-37:20), shot on location in Kingdom County, Vermont in seven days in November 1988, and the film's documentary "High water: behind the scenes" (37:33-65:32), originally shot and broadcast in 1989. The film depicts a Vermont farming family (October 1959) and their struggles with the farm, the rainy weather, and getting to the speedway on time. This was Catamount Arts first film.
