- Namibia's constitution has strong provisions for the protection of human rights. However, her colonial history, as well as the SWAPO struggle for independence have not fostered a culture of respect for these rights. This video features the work of the Legal Assistance Centre and its affiliated centres to assist people and organisations in claiming their human and constitutional rights.
