- Summary
- The first recording of "Lamia" (revised edition, including Malaysian text) was performed during the inaugural "Celebration of Contemporary Music Festival" at Juilliard School, also sponsored by the Fromm Music Foundation. The second recording of "Lamia" (first performance of revised edition) was performed in Avery Fisher Hall in October 1975 [exact date not determined], and the third recording, the world premiere of "Lamia" (first edition, without Malaysian text) was performed on April 20, 1974 by the Albany Symphony Orchestra.
