- Part 1. Unidentified BBC radio host covers various topics about upcoming cultural events in London and New York, such as the 1991 London premiere of the film Hamlet directed by Franco Zeffirelli and starring Mel Gibson as the eponymous character (Prince Hamlet), and Glenn Close as Queen Gertrude. Includes a brief excerpt from the play, accompanied by review by David Robinson, British film critic and author, and excerpt from the interview with Zeffirelli. The program contains Ingrid Hassler's review of The Royal Shakespeare Company's production of the play Henry IV, Part I, held in [1991], Stratford-upon-Avon, Great Britain, brief excerpt from the show, and interview with Bob Crowley, set designer of the production.
