  • Two reviews of RoosevElvis by Rachel Chavkin, Jake Margolin, Libby King, Kristen Sieh, Matt Hubbs, and Nick Vaughan. A South Dakota lesbian adopts the spirit of Elvis Presley as an adviser and alter ego. She makes an online contact with a North Dakota lesbian named Bremda, who spends a weekend with Ann that does not go well, but part of Brenda remains in Ann's imagination in the form of Theodore Roosevelt. When Ann makes a pilgrimage to Graceland, Elvis and Roosevelt go with her. Reviewed Oct. 19, 2013, when it was produced as a TEAM presentation at Bushwick Starr, 207 Starr Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. Libby King played Ann/Elvis. Kristen Sieh was Brenda/Roosevelt.
  • Reviewed by Ben Brantley in The New York Times and Helen Shaw in Time Out New York.
